This is the prerelease version of Mirrodin Besieged with the factions. The Mirrodin Besieged Prereleases were held on January 29–30, 2011. They were different from other prereleases in that there were special Mirrodin Besieged boosters that were only available for the prerelease. These boosters were composed exclusively of cards from either the Mirran or the Phyrexian faction. A player had to choose one of these sides upon entering the prerelease and received the corresponding boosters.
